MEET THE FOUNDER
Felicity H. Barber
Felicity is an executive speechwriter and public speaking coach. Before founding Thoughtful Communications in 2023, she led executive communications for BlackRock's Larry Fink, writing his speeches and playing a key role in his annual letters. She previously wrote for two Federal Reserve Bank Presidents and the CEO of Lloyd's of London.
She sits on the Advisory Council of the Professional Speechwriters Association and has won multiple Cicero Awards for her speeches about finance and banking.
Fun fact: she wrote a book that was given as a gift to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
